A Week of Silence | 2023 Meditation Retreat Recap
As you may have noticed, there has been a significant break in my content. The main reason for this is because I just finished my second ever meditation retreat at the wonderful Art of Living Retreat Center near Boone, N.C. In this video, I talk about the schedule, share some photos and videos, and take you through my thoughts and insights from the retreat.
