Meditation is the only thing I honestly care about and I've always had this weird bucket list item of doing something every single day for a year no matter what comes up. Today, those two things united into a very unique and personal milestone. Filming this was completely random and in the moment so I apologize if the video or audio is not up to my usual quality.
As you may have noticed, there has been a significant break in my content. The main reason for this is because I just finished my second ever meditation retreat at the wonderful Art of Living Retreat Center near Boone, N.C. In this video, I talk about the schedule, share some photos and videos, and take you through my thoughts and insights from the retreat. Many of you have been asking me how it went, so here is my best attempt at that.
